Dortmund, 30th June, 2011 – iX-factory GmbH proactively counteracts the problem of skilled worker shortage in Germany. The Job-tec Business allowed students to explore the profession of micro technologists. At this event the focus was set to enable pupils to explore and understand different companies and their working fields.
iX-factory GmbH presented one of its everyday business activities “the lithography” to show the visiting teenagers how these processes work in a simplified manner. This made it possible for the students to observe the working area of iX-factory GmbH through a practical example. A theoretical introduction presentation was held containing details about the company, the description of the job and the future potentials of the industry in order to set a common ground.
“The only way to interest more young people about our promising industry is by informing and educating these about the opportunities in this field. Therefore, iX-factory GmbH is always happy to take possible action to make this happen”, says Dominique Bouwes (CEO).
